HOW CAN I HELP?

Help participate in actually taking care of these beautiful animals.

Place the Sukha Gomukha sticker on a recycled spaghetti jar or something like that. Put the jar in a nice, visible spot in your kitchen. Then, whenever you purchase a dairy product of any kind, put some money in the jar. How much you put in is not as important as the act of doing it every time…a quarter and a good intention goes a long way. Get your kids involved too!

Then, every once in a while, send your collection in the form of a check or money order to the address on the sticker. It’s that simple! We’ll be sure to get your contributions to Sivananda Yoga Ranch and the cows!!
